1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes material that Mainstay System LLC will not knowingly prepare, print, or distribute through its services. It applies to customer-supplied content, instructions, data, offers, imagery, links, and campaign destinations.
2. Prohibited content
- Advertising that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, materially misleading, or that omits a disclosure needed to prevent deception.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, including unauthorized logos and brand identifiers.
- Discriminatory or unlawfully targeted housing, employment, credit, insurance, education, or public-accommodation advertising.
- Fraudulent offers, false credentials, fabricated reviews, unsupported guarantees, or misleading before-and-after claims.
- Threatening, harassing, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or violent material.
- Malware, phishing, deceptive QR destinations, or other harmful technical content.
- Products, services, or promotions prohibited by applicable law or distribution-provider rules.
3. Rights and permissions
Customers must have permission to use every logo, image, testimonial, trademark, list, and other supplied asset. Mainstay System LLC may request evidence of rights or authorization before using material.
4. Regulated products and services
Advertising for regulated products or services may be subject to additional laws, platform or distribution rules, age restrictions, substantiation requirements, and disclosures. Mainstay System LLC may require additional documentation or decline the campaign. Acceptance of material does not mean a regulator or other authority has approved it.
5. Contractor advertising
Customers are responsible for licensing, registration, advertising, offer, and disclosure requirements that apply to their business. California contractors should provide the contractor license string and other legally required disclosures for inclusion where applicable. Mainstay System LLC may reserve suitable layout space but does not represent that the public website automatically validates a license.
6. Customer responsibility for claims
Customers must be able to substantiate objective claims and must provide accurate prices, conditions, expiration information, license details, response destinations, and legally required disclosures. Customers remain responsible for the final approved advertisement.
7. Review and enforcement
Mainstay System LLC may reject, pause, or request changes to a campaign that may violate this policy or applicable requirements. Review does not transfer legal responsibility for customer content to Mainstay System LLC or constitute legal approval.
8. Contact
Questions about whether proposed content is acceptable may be sent through the contact form before campaign approval.
