Our commitment
Mainstay System LLC wants this website to be usable by people with a broad range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our design and development reference. This statement describes our goals and practices; it is not a claim that the site fully conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA or any other standard.
Design and development practices
- Semantic page structure, page landmarks, and descriptive headings.
- Keyboard-operable navigation and controls.
- Visible focus indicators.
- Text labels for form fields, with validation messages written in text and linked to the field they describe.
- Text and background color combinations chosen to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios, and layouts that adapt across screen sizes.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who request it.
- Alternative text or accessible labels for meaningful visual content; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
How we have reviewed the site
The site has been reviewed with automated accessibility testing tools and manual keyboard checks. It has not yet been evaluated by an independent accessibility auditor or tested comprehensively with every screen reader and browser combination, so some barriers may remain.
Known limitations
Sample postcard layouts are illustrations; their small print is summarized by accessible labels rather than intended to be read at full detail. Some third-party services or future linked content may be outside our direct control. We will evaluate reported barriers and practical remedies in good faith.
